Recipe Ingredients for veggie rice

1/2 cup basmati rice
1/2 cup mushrooms,sliced
1 cup water
1 tsp oil
1/4 cup onion,chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup carrot, chopped

Recipe Directions for veggie rice

  1. boil water

  2. add rice and cover

  3. cook 15 minutes

  4. let stand 10 minutes

  5. heat oil

  6. cook veggies

  7. add rice to heat
