sodium is double because I only use _1/2_ of the seasoning packet, but there's no way to account for that in cal count.

Recipe Ingredients for veggie ramen food

85 g (1 whole pkg, but use ONLY 1/2 the seasoning packet) ramen noodle soup
1/2 c mixed vegetables (frozen)
3/10 c peas (frozen)
1/2 c okra (frozen)
1 1/4 g Extra spicy Mrs, Dash seasoning
1 c water

Recipe Directions for veggie ramen food

  1. add all ingredients to pan, except seasoning for Ramen.& Mrs. dash

  2. boil 5 min in 1C water (your water should be pretty evaporated) on med-high

  3. add 1/2 seasoning and Mrs dash

  4. mix.

  5. eat.
