Veggies and diced tomatoes sauteed in garlic and olive oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Ragout

1 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup Asparagus
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup Diced Tomatoes
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Ragout

Cut up veggies, put in pan with sauteed olive oil and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes then add diced tomatoes. Cover and simmer another 5-10 minutes. Cook until consistency is to your liking
