Veggie stir fry with tofu and quinoa

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Quinoa Stir-fry

7 oz firm tofu
1/2 yellow squash
1/2 zucchini
1 medium tomato
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp garlic
2 cups broccoli
1 cup cooked spinach
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Quinoa Stir-fry

  1. Chop everything pretty small

  2. Put it in a pan with some water (except the quinoa)

  3. Spray it with olive oil

  4. Add garlic and vinegar

  5. Put the heat on pretty low until everything gets soft

  6. Later, add the quinoa.
