Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Quiches

6 eggs
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 cup Cauliflower, chopped
1 cup Broccoli, Chopped
1/2 cup Mushrooms, chopped
1 oz Mozzerella Cheese, shredded (oz)

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into Greased muffin tin

  2. Bake for 25min at 350degrees
