A great veggie quiche with no eggs

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Quiche with tofu

1 medium eggplant
1 cup mushroom
1 medium zucchini
2 peppers
1 1/2 onions
1 tbsp olive oil
300 grams tofu
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp basil
1 salt, pepper, nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Veggie Quiche with tofu

  1. Saute veggies on oil

  2. Mix tofu, milk, basil in a grinder

  3. Add the two part together

  4. Place it in a pan (you can use a pie crust in the bottom)

  5. Cook it in over (200 C) for about 30 minutes

  6. Greggy prefers it with sour cream
