Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Quiche

0.75 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup Egg Beaters
1.5 oz Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
0.75 cup pieces Mushrooms

mix all ingredients together, pour into muffin tin (makes 12) bake at 350 for 30 minutes
