rather simple quiche recipe to use with foods usually on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for veggie quiche

300 ml flour
125 g butter
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
3 large eggs
150 g milk
200 g Gouda Cheese
3/4 cup frozen broccoli
3/4 cup frozen cauliflower
1 medium carrot

Recipe Directions for veggie quiche

  1. Make dough wtih first 4 ingredients, press into pie plate.

  2. Bake 10 minutes in 200* C oven.

  3. Grate cheese, carrots. slightly thaw the broc and cauliflower. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl.

  4. When crust comes out of oven, sprinkle cheese over it, then veggies, then eggs and milk mixture.

  5. Bake 30-40 minutes in 200*C oven.
