Recipe Ingredients for veggie quiche

1 floweret Broccoli, Flower Clusters
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 Italian tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
5 large Egg, White
2 large Egg, Yolk
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 oz Jalapeno Peppers

Recipe Directions for veggie quiche

  1. preheat oven to 300 F

  2. cut all vegetables

  3. mix eggs and yolks and then pour over veggies on pan for oven.

  4. cook for 20 min aprox.
