Yummy veggie quiche w/ ww crust from Laurel's Kitchen

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Quiche

2 eggs
2 egg whites
2 cups skim milk
3/4 c grated swiss cheese
1 tsp butter
1 c whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs oil
1/4 c water
1 cup zuccini
1 cup spinach
1 cup mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Veggie Quiche

  1. mix crust items, bake for 10 mins at 400

  2. Sautee veg

  3. Mix cheese, milk and eggs.

  4. Assemble and bake at 350.
