Veggie Quiche for freezing or eating every morning for breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Quiche

1 box spinach
1/3 cup black olives, sliced
1/3 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup sweet green peppers
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cups egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Veggie Quiche

  1. Add all ingredients in baking pan, the smaller the pan the thicker it till be.

  2. Make sure to get all water out of the spinach.

  3. How much betters is an estimate, how dense you want it depends on how much you use.
