Guilt-free scrumptious tomato and lettuce quesadilla. It can be a snack, or a small lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for veggie quesadilla

1 tortilla+medium+approx+6"+dia tortilla
2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
1 Lettuce Romaine Inner Leaf
1 tomato
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for veggie quesadilla

Get the small tortilla, and put the 2 tablespoons of cheese. You can make it in the microwave or on your stove top. When it's done, open it and put in a few leafs of lettuce. Then, put some tomato slice on top of the lettuce. When done, fold it back down and you have your quesadilla. (:
