Recipe Ingredients for veggie quesadilla

1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
0.5 medium raw Tomato Roma
0.5 oz (Sargento) Classic Pepper Jack Shredded Cheese
0.1 cup Classic Melts Cheese
0.13 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tortilla Smart
25 grams Beet Greens
50 grams Spinach
50 grams Olive Oil
0.13 tsp Table Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Salsa

Recipe Directions for veggie quesadilla

sautee veggies in olive oil, then put tortilla in pan, sprinkle 1 cheese on, put veggies on, sprinkle on cheese on and fold in half. cook till brown then flip
