Veggie Pot Pie with Cheesy Biscuit Crust

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pot Pie

1 cup milk
2 2/3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 c colby jack cheese
4 c vegetable broth
2 c butternut squash
1 red onion
4 carrots
2 cup+slices parsnips
2 turnips
1 c mushrooms
1 c celery
1 tbls minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
2 oz Gardein Beefless Tips
2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
1 tbls butter

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pot Pie

Saute Veggies Seperately in EVOO & Butter. Place in 13x9 dish with 4 C veggie broth & cover & cookat 400 for 30 minutes. Mix flour,baking powder, milk, cheese & salt. Drop by tbls onto Veg mix & bake for 20 minutes.
