Recipe Ingredients for veggie pot pie

3/5 cup besan flour
1 tbsp soy flour
2 egg whites
1/3 cup soy milk
1/2 cup frozen vegetables
3/4 cup acorn squash
1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1 bouillon cube
1/2 cup green pepper
1 cup cauliflower

Recipe Directions for veggie pot pie

  1. mix flours, whites and milk with spices, baking soda, powder and salt

  2. heat all vegetables in pot with stock cube and tomato paste, can add cornstarch if you want it thicker

  3. pour vegetables in baking dish, drop biscuit topping on top and spread if you can

  4. bake at 400 for about 10 min.
