Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pot Pie

1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 egg
10 oz cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup canned corn
2 carrots
1 cup frozen peas

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pot Pie

  1. Steam vegetables

  2. Combine veggies and soup in pie pan

  3. Whisk egg, milk and Bisquick in separate bowl

  4. Pour Bisquick mixture over veggies

  5. Bake 30 min. or until golden brown
