Mushroom, Kale, Bell Pepper, & Black Olive Pizza

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pizza

2.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
4 oz Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
2 serving Sliced Black Olives
4 serving Mozzarella
1 serving Bell Pepper
4 medium Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Kale

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pizza

Pizza Crust: combine 1 packet of active dry yeast w/1 tsp. sugar & 1/4 c. hot water stir to dissolve wait till bubbly add to 21/2 c. flour and remaining water mixture. combine ingredients until silky (adding flour as needed. put onto a floured surface. Rinse bowl out add olive oil to bowl (just to cover the surface (wipe any extra w/a paper towel. meanwhile knead dough for 10 mins. put into oiled bowl cover w/2 sheets of plastic wrap let sit for 2 1/2 hours. roll out to 14" cover w/tomato sauce, cheese and other toppings cook on 375 for 20 mins. or until cheese in center is bubbly and golden brown. enjoy :)
