Oh so yummy! The crust can also be made out of crescent rolls pushed together on a pan and baked. You can use whatever kind of veggies and cheese you want, this just happens to be my favorite.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pizza

28 g Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
16 oz sour cream
2 cups chopped broccoli
2 cups chopped cauliflower
227 g pepper jack cheese
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup lettuce
1 serving (Freschetta) Artisan Pizza Crust Original
2 green onions, chopped

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees (This will be different if you use crescent rolls)

  2. Bake crust for 8 to 14 minutes (This will also be different if you use crescent rolls, cook according to instructions package)

  3. Take crust out of oven and let cool.

  4. Stir together ranch mix and sour cream.

  5. Spread onto crust evenly.

  6. Spread all veggie evenly out on top of ranch mixture.

  7. Sprinkle with cheese.

  8. And it is ready to eat!
