Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pizza

2 1/2 cups flour
1 package yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tomatoes
1/2 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup green pepper, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cup low fat mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pizza

  1. make dough, let rise, and roll out into a rectangle.

  2. make sauce of tomatoes, beef broth and garlic; let simmer until thickened, then spread on pizza crust.

  3. top with sauteed veggies, then cheese.

  4. bake for 20 minutes at 450.
