Refreshing Ranch Veggetable pizza

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pizza

8 pillsbury crescent rolls
1 cup low fat sour cream
1 cup low fat cream cheese
1 cup carrots
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pizza

  1. lay out the cresent roll dough flat, bake

  2. when baked and cooled, mix sour cream and cream cheese with 1 pkg. of Ranch Dressing mix (powder)

  3. Spread Ranch Dressing on top of crescent roll crust

  4. Blend all vegetables in food processor and mix together

  5. Spread Vegetables on top of Ranch Mix

  6. Refridgerate
