I don't own it. I just modified the sizes.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pizza

1/3 c tomato sauce
1/2 whole wheat pita
1 c cauliflower, chopped
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 c part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pizza

  1. Spread the sauce on the pita half.

  2. Mix chopped cauliflower with olive oil and layer onto the pita.

  3. Top with cheese.

  4. Bake in a toaster oven at 400 degrees for five minutes.
