A favorite of mine and so easy to make!

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pizza

8 rolls (1 pkg) crescent rolls
8 oz neufchatel cheese (1/3 lower fat cream cheese)
11 1/2 g (1/2 pkg) dry Ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup mayo
4 oz chopped broccoli
4 oz chopped cauliflower
3 oz chopped carrots
2 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pizza

  1. Spread the crescent rolls onto a baking sheet (do not separate into triangles) and bake according to directions.

  2. Mix the cream cheese, mayo and ranch mix. Set aside.

  3. Chop veggies (very small). Set aside.

  4. When the crust is COMPLETELY cooled spread the dip mixture evenly onto crust. Sprinkle veggies on and press down lightly with a clean spatula. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

  5. Hint: do not make and store overnight, the crust may get soggy.
