Main dish Add Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix to cream cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pizza

8 oz crescent rolls
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 carrots, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Roll out rolls onto large non-stick baking sheet. Stretch and flatten to form a single rectangular shape on the sheet. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.

  3. Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Mix with 1/2 of the ranch dressing mix - adjust amount of mix to taste. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Arrange carrots, peppers, broccoli and onions on top. Chill approximately 1 hour and cut into bite-size squares to serve.
