Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pizza

4 Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (1 - 8oz. can)
4 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Light
1 tsp dill weed spice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
8 oz Fat Free shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups finely chopped lettuce
1 cup tomato, chopped and seeded
1 cup cucumber, chopped
3/4 cup red onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 375d

  2. Unroll dough and place rectangle on cookie sheet

  3. Bake according to instructions - about 15 minutes

  4. Remove from oven and let cool completely (should be about 1/2 hour).

  5. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Miracle Whip light, dill weed, and garlic powder.

  6. Spread mixture over cooled dough

  7. Top with cheese and vegetables.
