Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pizza

2 oz onion
4 oz Feta
6 oz Red Pepper(1 lg)
6 oz tomato (1 med)
6 oz black olives( 1 can drained)
5 1/2 oz spinach (this is 1 bag fresh)
6 oz mushrooms, I went ahead & used the entire 8oz container of mushrooms
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 Black Pepper
7 1/2 oz Unico Garlic & Basil Pizza Sauce
1 /2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pizza

  1. 1. Pre-heat oven (375F).

  2. 2. Using a large skillet or wok (I prefer the wok), sautee all the vegetables for a few minutes(except the spinach and tomatoes) in the 1/2 tbsp. of olive oil with a bit of black pepper.

  3. 3. Add the tomatoes and spinach, and sautee for a minute or two more, or until the spinach wilts and shrinks down a bit. Remove vegetables from the heat.

  4. 4. Roll the pizza dough out onto a large, OILED cookie sheet.

  5. 5. Spread the can of pizza sauce on the prepared pizza dough.

  6. 6. Add a bit of the shredded mozzarella cheese to the prepared crust.

  7. 7. Evenly spread the sauteed vegetables over the crust.

  8. 8. Spread the black olives over the crust.

  9. 9. Crubmle the Feta cheese evenly over the crust.

  10. 10. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

  11. 11. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 11 - 13 minutes.

  12. 12. Remove from oven, let stand a few minutes, and slice into 16 equal pieces.

  13. 12. Enjoy! :)
