1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup Spinach
1 oz Mozzarella, Whole Milk Cheese
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pizza Pita

  1. Saute fresh veggies in a little dab of olive oil.

  2. Stuff pita with veggies and add a sprinkle of mozzerella cheese.
