Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pie

1 pound 90% ground beef
1 can vegetable soup
2 slices bread, in crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk, shredded

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pie

  1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, egg and 1/4 cup of condensed soup together.

  2. Put into deep-dish pie pan and pat down to make "crust."

  3. Spread remaining can of condensed vegetable soup over the top.

  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of soup.

  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-18 minutes, until meat is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
