Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Patties

1/4 cup Green Lentils
0.25 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
20 grams Corn, Sweet, Yellow
20 grams Peas, Green
0.5 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
1 serving Tomato Paste
1.69 oz Broth Concentrate
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Patties

  1. Soak lentils for 1 hour, then boil 15 minutes and drain.

  2. Cook rice.

  3. Mix all ingredients except oil

  4. Heat oil in cast iron skillet over medium heat.

  5. Make into patties and fry. Turn when browned.
