Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pasta w/ Shrimp

12 oz bowtie pasta
16 oz shrimp, small
10 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles, canned
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup white onion, sliced
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup spinach, chopped
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp capers, drained
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pasta w/ Shrimp

  1. Dice and or chopp all veggies, excluding the canned diced tomatoes

  2. Sautee for 7-10 minutes

  3. Add the canned diced tomatoes, sautee for 3 mins or so

  4. Add frozen shrimp, sautee all ingrediens for about 5 minutes

  5. Toss in the cooked pasta

  6. Serve.
