Frozen veggies chopped in the food processor make for a hearty, quick and filling pasta sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pasta

6 oz Spaghetti
1 1/2 cup Old World Style Traditional Jar
3 cup Cauliflower and Broccoli Florets Carrots
1/2 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pasta

  1. Defrost veggies in the microwave.

  2. Chop in food processor until very small dice.

  3. Melt butter over medium heat.

  4. Saute veggies for 3-5 minutes.

  5. Add sauce and a splash of chicken stock until desired consistency.

  6. Cook over low heat to allow flavors to combine.

  7. Cook pasta according to package direction then combine pasta in sauce and saute together for a few minutes.
