Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pasta

1 lb cooked rigatoni
1/4 cup grated parmesan
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 T butter
6 green onions, diced
8 oz mushrooms sliced
1 lb fresh asparagus
6 grape tomatoes
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pasta

Cook pasta and set aside. Saute sliced vegetables in olive oil. Add fresh garlic, oregano, basil,, cracked pepper and salt to taste. Mix in pasta. Grate parmesan on top and stir in.
