A nice combination of veggies and pasta in a light, tangy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pasta Medley, serving: 3/4 c.

16 oz Frozen Cut Green Beans
8 oz Pasta Shells
1/4 oz Cornstarch
3/4 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
3 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 clove Garlic
4 1/2 oz Mushrooms Whole
1 medium raw Tomato Roma
1/2 cup chopped raw White Pearl Onions

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pasta Medley, serving: 3/4 c.

1 c. pasta - cook per instructions. Add frozen beans to the pasta in the last 5 mins. Combine cornstarch & broth; set aside. In a large saute pan, melt butter over MedHi heat; add garlic, dijon, and basil and cook for 1 min.. Add broth/cornstarch; cook until thickened about 3 min.. Drain pasta/green beans. Add to bubbly mixture. Add in onions and mushrooms; toss to coat and heat through. Add tomatoes.
