Recipe Ingredients for Veggie pasta Alfredo

3 cups Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup water as needed
1/2 cup peppers, sweet, green
1/2 cup peas
1/4 cup diced garlic
3 teaspoons salt

Recipe Directions for Veggie pasta Alfredo

  1. In saucepan, heat 1/2 cup water, flour, cream & stir. When bubbling, slowly stir in cheese, making sure sauce is smooth. Add veggies and stir until the right consistency. If veggies are underdone, add water as necessary and continue cooking.

  2. Mix with pasta and serve.
