Recipe Ingredients for veggie paranthas

32 oz mixed vegetables
11 4/5 oz potatoes
4 cups white whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for veggie paranthas

  1. sautee mixed vegetables with spices

  2. add 4 small boiled potatoes

  3. Blend with emulsion blender

  4. Add in flour and mix well

  5. Divide into 2 inch diameter balls

  6. Roll into 1/8 inch thick breads

  7. Cook on flat iron pan on high heat with a drizzle of oil

  8. Flip and press with spatula until both sides are golden
