1 tbsp Hummus
0.4 cup pieces Mushrooms
0.3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 cup Tofu, Firm
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

  1. cook tofu - thin slices in canola oil & salt;

  2. cook mushrooms sliced;

  3. cook sandwich in panini maker with veggies;

  4. add hummus and pickles;
