Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pan

0.75 cup (uncooked) Quinoa
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 medium raw Leeks
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2/3 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
1 packet (6 fl oz prepared) Soup, Chicken Broth Or Bouillon
47 grams Egg, Scrambled
60 grams Gouda Cheese
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pan

  1. heat olive oil in pan

  2. dice veggies

  3. fry in pan for 5 min

  4. rinse quinoa with hot water

  5. add to pan

  6. add broth

  7. let simmer for ca 15 min

  8. add egg, grated cheese and parsley
