Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Pack on the Q

120 g mushrooms (3 lg maushrooms)
150 g Sugar Snap Peas
170 g Carrots (5 carrots)
108 g Celery (2 sticks)
156 g Tomato
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Pack on the Q

  1. Chop to desired size, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with seasoning of choice.

  2. I use Pepper and Accent (it is a low sodium salt substitute).

  3. Using two sheets of tin foil, one on bottom, one on top, fold in edges to make a pillow so veggies don't lose all their moisture.

  4. Cook to desired tenderness, 15-20 mins for me so those tomato juices start running and cooking into the other veg.
