Omlette with spinache, feta, bacon, mushroom,tomato

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Omlette

1 large Egg, Whole
1 large Egg, Whole
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 oz Feta Cheese
1 serving Bacon
1 cup Spinach
0.25 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbasp Safflower Oil, Refined, Organic

Recipe Directions for Veggie Omlette

Cook spinache, mushrooms with garlic/oil, then set aside with chopped tomato. Mix 3 eggs with a splash of water, cook eggs with crumbled bacon and flip, add veggies and feta then fold egg over veggies.
