6 large Egg, White
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.25 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup, chopped Onions

  1. Chop up all veggies and put them and rice in a skillet

  2. cook on medi-hi for about 3-5 mins

  3. add 6 egg whites

  4. cook until egg is done
