Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Omelette

2 large eggs
2 tbsp onions, diced small
2 tbsp red bell pepper, diced small
2 tbsp mushroom, diced small
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch fresh ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Veggie Omelette

  1. Saute veggies until tender in olive oil.

  2. Sprinkle veggies with salt and pepper

  3. In a small bowl, crack 2 large eggs and whisk together throughly.

  4. Add eggs to pan with veggies and allow to cook completely.
