1/4 cup red pepper
1/2 cup red onion
1 ounce cheese
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup tomato
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil

  1. chop and dice vegetables, grate cheese

  2. heat oil/butter, saute lightly

  3. beat eggs slightly, add to veggie mixture

  4. sprinkle cheese overall, add seeds
