Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Omelet

2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
1 cup Spinach
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Veggie Omelet

Sautee spinach and onion in 1 tsp of olive oil. Crumble cheese on top of the sautéed spinach mix. Scramble eggs in bowl. Pour egg mixture over spinach mixture. Cook until desired doneness.
