This is a perfect example of being able to eat a favorite but taking control all the ingredients to make it! A classic veggie omelet......healthy version

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Omelet

1/4 oz Cooking Spray Canola Oil
1 large Egg,Eggland's Best]
1/4 cup liquid egg white
1/4 cup medium Onions []
1/4 cup medium Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 tsp Canola Oil
1/8 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Veggie Omelet

Heat 1 tsp of 100% canola oil in egg pan. Beat eggs in bowl. Pour into egg pan. We pre-grilled the veggies ahead of time using about 1 TBSP of olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. Add to cooked egg along with shredded cheese. Fold in half and serve.
