Recipe Ingredients for veggie omelet

1 egg
1 egg white
1/8 cup onion
1/8 cup zucchini
1/8 cup red bell pepper
1 tsp skim milk

Recipe Directions for veggie omelet

  1. chop all veggies (I used the pampered chef chopper).

  2. beat eggs & milk in bowl, set aside.

  3. Heat nonstick skillet over med heat

  4. spray pam if needed

  5. cook veggies for a min or two

  6. pour egg mix over veggies.

  7. Turn.

  8. Eat.
