1/4 cups kidney beans
1/4 cup broccoli
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup potato
1 tbs canola oil

  1. cook veggies in canola oil

  2. add egg beaters

  3. add cheese

  4. lift edge of egg to allow uncooked to flow to bottom

  5. fold over

  6. remove when don
