Veggie Okanomiyaki Recipe

Okanomiyaki the way I like it. Can be served with green onion and bacon to add flavor and meat. Use whatever sauce you prefer. I like bbq sauce and a little mayo.

Recipe Ingredients for veggie okanomiyaki

1/2 head green cabbage
2 carrots
1 zucchini
2 cups white flour
1 1/2 cups water
2 large eggs

Recipe Directions for veggie okanomiyaki

  1. Finely shred cabbage, carrots, and green zucchini into small pieces. Mix well with flour, water, and eggs.

  2. Spoon onto frying pan (350-375 degrees) and flatten into a pancake. Flip when browned on one side (usually about two minutes).
