Veggie Noodles Recipe

Just kinda threw this together the other day. I used fettuccini noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie noodles

2 lbs pork
1 lb pasta
1/2 cup italian dressing
28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 zuccini
1 yellow squash
2 carrots
1/2 lb broccoli
1/2 lb cauliflower
8 oz mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Veggie noodles

  1. Boil pasta in salted water.

  2. Dice pork into bite size peices. Saute in small amount of oil. Set aside.

  3. Saute cut vegetables in small amount of oil till tender.

  4. Drain noodles and toss all ingredients together including undrained tomatoes and italian dressing.

  5. Add italian seasonings to taste and simmer till ingredients are heated through.

  6. Serve and top with shredded mozzarella.
