Recipe Ingredients for veggie non pizza

26 oz spaghetti squash
3 cups onion
3 cups mushroom
3 cup green pepper
1/2 c banana peppers
1/2 c jalapenos
4 cups tomatoes
16 oz mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for veggie non pizza

  1. cook squash sautee vegies in a pan except tomatoes add right at the end combine sqaush and veggies put on cookie sheet or in backing pan cover with cheese bake till cheese starts to brown.

  2. I have added chicken to it before and also pizza sauce or tomato sauce
