Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Nachos

2 1/2 oz of tortilla chips
1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup of onions, diced
1/2 cup of green peppers, diced
6 tablespoons of sour cream

Recipe Directions for Veggie Nachos

Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Layer chips evenly inside a pie plate. Cover with one cup of cheese. Add vegetables. Cover vegetables with one cup of cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
