Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Mushu w/hoisin sauce

4 cups Broccoli, shredded
1 onion, yellow, medium
1/2 pound mushrooms
1 tablespoon oil, grapeseed
3 eggs, large
1 tablespoon sauce, hoisin
3 teaspoons sauce, soy
2 teaspoons oil, sesame

Recipe Directions for Veggie Mushu w/hoisin sauce

  1. Add all ingredients except hoisin sauce to a wok and stir fry.

  2. Serve with warmed tortilla and hoisin
